ACADEMY | PACIFIC BEACH, CA

Not just another beach house, Academy was constructed into the hillside of the lively Pacific Beach community but with sophisticated style. The home features an open floor plan that gives a light and airy feel, married with more dark and sultry features that give it a look of luxury. We strived for contrast and warmth in our design to make this home be an absolute standout among other coastal homes.
