Everything Creative Designs was born from a simple but powerful belief — that good design should be for everyone. We saw an industry that often felt out of reach, with all-or-nothing service packages and price tags that left most people on the outside looking in. So we built something different. An à la carte approach that puts you in the driver's seat, giving you access to professional interior design expertise without the overwhelm. Because your home is one of the most personal spaces in the world, and you deserve a designer who treats it that way.
MEET YOUR TEAM OF EXPERTS
DANNI KAPLAN, CEO
Danni Kaplan brings over two decades of expertise in operations, business development, and strategic leadership. Originally from South Africa and educated at York University, she holds a degree in Psychology along with dual master’s degrees in Management and Marketing. Since joining Everything Creative Designs as COO in 2016, Danni has led the company’s digital transformation—implementing RFID tracking systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing client communication to improve both efficiency and profitability.
A true innovator, Danni continues to shape elevated client experiences through a balance of creativity, precision, and purpose.
CAROL KAPLAN, President
Originally from South Africa, Carol Kaplan’s journey to success in the U.S. is a story of bold decisions, resilience, and vision. After relocating to San Diego in 1998, she launched Everything Creative Designs in 2006, turning a passion for transformation into Southern California’s premier luxury staging firm. What began with word-of-mouth referrals and a small storage unit has grown into a thriving business operating out of a 15,000-square-foot warehouse, with up to 110 staged homes at any given time.
Carol’s work has earned national acclaim, including features on HGTV and partnerships with leading publications and organizations such as Architectural Digest, Dream Home Magazine, and the San Diego Association of Realtors. A long-standing board advisor for the Home Staging Redesign Association, she’s been named one of the Top 10 Professional Home Staging Companies and among the Top 5 Best Luxury Home Staging Services of the Year. Carol’s success is rooted in her creative excellence, commitment to service, and unwavering belief in the power of home to inspire.
KAROLINA ALCARAZ, Designer/Architect
Born and raised in Mexico, Karolina developed a passion for architecture and design from a young age, drawn to the blend of creativity and technical precision the field demands. After earning her Bachelor’s in Architecture, she gained hands-on experience with leading firms across Mexico, working on everything from high-end residential projects to luxury high-rises and government developments. Her career has taken her around the world, enriching her design perspective through global cultural insights.
In 2020, Karolina immigrated to the U.S. and eventually found her place at Everything Creative Designs in San Diego. Today, she brings her rich background and love for impactful design to ECD, where she partners with Carol Kaplan to deliver elevated residential spaces that transform client visions into bespoke realities.
