Carol Kaplan
Carol Kaplan is the Founder & Creative Director of Everything Creative Designs in San Diego, CA. She is considered by many of her clients as “the home staging expert” in the San Diego area.
She has been providing professional home staging services for the past five years to an extremely satisfied clientele of both home sellers and realtors.
Originally from South Africa, Carol was able to bring her love of color and design into her work in San Diego.
Carol and her team combine their talents and artistic ability to create beautiful homes for selling.
Carol is an active member and director of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association, REBA – La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association, NAPW – National Association of Professional Women and has been voted “Woman of the Year” in her category!
Katy Sears
Growing up in Colorado, Katy spent many blustery winter days indoors. It was on those days that one would undoubtedly find her dreaming through Architectural magazines, sketching rough floor plans of the next big family remodel, and bringing to life her first design ideas, one Lego house at a time.
Following her dream she graduated with honors, receiving her BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado. Katy went on to work for industry giant Gensler Architecture. Working with national design teams she traveled the country merchandising model homes for top home builders, and creating industry recognized projects.
Partnering with Carol in 2009, Katy’s innate passion for design shines, her unbounded creative spark, and professional entrepreneurial work ethic make her an impressive asset to the team at Everything Creative. To see the excitement and joy in Katy’s face when she talks about her work, it is no surprise that today we find her living her childhood dream as a successful Interior Designer.
Marina Araiza
Marina Araiza, B.S. Interior Design, Art Institute of California-San Diego: graduated first in class with top award for superior achievement. Associate Degree, International Tourism Institute, Mexico City.
In the1990’s Marina served as a senior executive for one of Mexico’s leading restaurant chains. She was responsible for all restaurant operations, new restaurant start up and design.
In 2002 she became a founding partner in an architectural firm to redesign and transform existing properties into custom homes. She served as the general contractor in the reconstruction
of these properties.
After the sale of this company, Marina established a partnership with architect Fernando Gonzalez-Pacheco to form Arkhein Design Studio.
Marina joined Creative Designs in 2010 where she currently serves as Interior Designer.
